Walk Description

We start off at the Surprise View car park and then head up through the woods to Mother Cap and Higger Tor. From there on we go up onto upper or lower Burbage and then head over to the springs near Fox House. We then cross over onto Padley Gorge and proceed to follow this down to where the bridge leads to the ice cream van. We can either then continue down onto Martyrs Chapel and then ad-lib back or simply walk back to the cars via a path right from the bridge.

There are 2 moderate climbs on the walk.

Please note, Surprise View is a card only, pay and display car park.
